By accessing or using the Rooted Naturals website (rootednaturals.in) or placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms of Service, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, nutritional information, and pricing are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free, complete, or current. Images are for illustrative purposes and actual product appearance may vary slightly. Nutritional values are approximate and based on standard laboratory analysis; they may vary by batch. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products and to discontinue products at any time.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (up to ₹5,000).

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at hello@rootednaturals.in. After this window, orders may have already moved to packing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Perishable orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the specified address. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you or failure to receive the package after multiple attempts, re-delivery charges may apply.

Our returns and refunds policy is set out in full on our Returns page. In summary: we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. While we clearly label all allergens and dietary information, it is your responsibility to read product labels carefully before consumption. Our products are manufactured in facilities that handle nuts, gluten, dairy, and other common allergens. Cross-contamination is possible.
