  • Opened or partially consumed products (unless defective)
  • Products returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items bought during final-sale promotions (marked non-returnable)
  • Perishable products where cold-chain was not maintained by customer

How the Return Process Works

Initiate Return

Email us at hello@rootednaturals.in or use the 'My Orders' section in your account. Tell us your order number and reason for return.

Get Approval

We'll review your request and send a return approval with a prepaid pickup label within 24 hours.

Pack & Handoff

Place items in their original packaging (or any secure box) and hand over to our pickup agent. No need to visit a courier office.

Inspection

Our team inspects the returned item, usually within 1–2 business days of receipt.

Refund Issued

Refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation.

Timelines begin once the returned item passes inspection, not from the date of pickup.

Prefer an Exchange?

During the return flow, simply choose Exchange instead of refund and select the replacement product. If the new item costs more, you pay only the difference. If it costs less, we refund the balance. Exchanges follow the same pickup and dispatch timeline as regular orders.

Received a Damaged Item?

Skip the normal return process — we fast-track damaged or incorrect orders. Photograph the item and packaging and email it to hello@rootednaturals.in within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or immediate refund within 3 business days, no pickup required.
